To rent a vehicle, you must:

Hold a valid driver’s license

Meet minimum age requirements

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain required insurance coverage

Successfully complete identity verification

Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of the rental agreement without refund.

3. Rental Period & Fees

Rental periods are defined in your signed rental agreement.

Late returns may result in additional charges.

Security deposits may be withheld for damages, violations, unpaid balances, or contractual breaches.

4. Vehicle Use Restrictions

You may not:

Use the vehicle for illegal activities

Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

Drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Race, improperly tow, or operate the vehicle recklessly

Disable or tamper with GPS or telematics devices

Violations may result in immediate termination and vehicle repossession.

5. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.

6. Accidents

All accidents or incidents must be reported immediately. Failure to report may result in full financial responsibility.

7. GPS Monitoring

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS or telematics systems for safety, compliance, and operational purposes. By renting a vehicle, you consent to such monitoring.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate rental agreements for violations of these Terms. No refunds will be issued for terminated agreements due to violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Odel Universal LLC is not liable for personal property left in vehicles or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the rental fees paid where permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Odel Universal LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the vehicle.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the rental occurs.

12. SMS Communications

Odel Universal LLC provides vehicle rental services, including short-term and long-term rentals for rideshare and delivery drivers. Customers who opt in may receive SMS messages related to rental bookings, application updates, account notifications, payment reminders, pickup and drop-off details, and promotional rental offers (if separately consented to).

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply submit a new opt-in form and provide consent again.
